It’s no secret that I miss Akercocke – “Words That Go Unspoken, Deeds That Go Undone” was my favourite album from the ‘Cocke by the way (and it’s no secret that I still find the Akercocke / Cock joke hilarious – what can I say? I enjoy the simple the things!), so when I heard that David Gray, Sam Loynes and Peter Benjamin had a band, I knew I had to give it a listen… And now, we all have the chance to give it a listen! Yay! The band – known as Voices – have not only put a track online to tickle our ear-drums, but they’ve also announced a healthy string of London dates. This pleases me greatly
