Godslave "Elements of Emptiness" is an incredibly refreshing album. A.D.D are a hard rock band that have no desire to be anyone else but themselves. The strong, yet accessible vocals of Margaret Young make every song instantly interesting and they have that marvellous honest quality that has the ability to really pull you into the song and make you believe every word.

Songs like "Vacant", Half of Me" and "Bridges Burning" are able to get stuck in your head for days and you'll soon find yourself happily singing along to them. The music in general has a bit of an 80s feel to it, but I can't put my finger on why that is. Perhaps it's because the 80s produced a fair number of decent rock bands.

A.D.D will appeal to anyone who is on the lookout for a good, straight forward, no-nonsense rock band with good, strong songs. At the moment, I really can't think of anything negative to say about it.
